📄 Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Jumpp mobile application, operated by Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
At Jumpp, we are committed to delivering a meaningful and empowering learning experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your subscription or have made a purchase in error, please read the following policy carefully.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or your device’s app store settings (Google Play / Apple App Store).
- Cancellation will stop your auto-renewal, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time in your subscription after cancellation.
Refund Policy
- As Jumpp is a digital learning service, all payments are non-refundable once a subscription has started or a Quest has been unlocked.
- However, if you believe there was a technical issue, duplicate charge, or purchase made in error, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3–5 business days back to the original method of payment.
When Refunds May Not Be Granted ⚠️
- Requests made after 7 days of the transaction date.
- If significant usage of the app or its premium features has occurred.
- If the subscription was purchased via a third-party platform (e.g. Apple or Google), in which case their policies apply.
