📄 Terms of Use for Jumpp

Welcome to Jumpp! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Jumpp has been created and is operated by Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd. By using Jumpp, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jumpp, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jumpp. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Account

To access Jumpp, you may be required to sign in using a mobile number, Google, or Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.

4. Use of Services

Jumpp is a content (learning & development) app which provides you bite-sized content, structured learning paths, and AI-powered coaches, to make self-growth a daily habit. By using the Services, you agree to use them only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not:

• Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent information.
• Interfere with the functioning of the app or its servers.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to any features or systems.
• Post or share content that violates our Community Guidelines or disrupts the experience of other users.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Jumpp follows a freemium model. New users are offered limited free sessions, after which they must purchase a subscription to continue.

• Jumpp Plus (Paid Plan): Grants access to unlimited content, memory-enabled conversations, and early access to exclusive topics.
• Pricing details and subscription plans will be shown within the app at the time of purchase.
• All transactions are securely processed through third-party app stores (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). Jumpp does not store your payment information.

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

• All app design, branding, and curated character experiences within Jumpp — including content, prompts and UI elements — are the intellectual property of Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd.
• Chat content generated by the app may be powered by third-party AI models (such as OpenAI or Google). While users retain rights over their interactions, the underlying AI technology is not owned by Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd.

7. User-Generated Content (Comments & Contributions)

Some features of Jumpp may allow users to create, post, or share content, including comments, responses, or other contributions (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the app for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination
• Contains spam, misleading information, or unauthorized promotions
• Infringes on intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity

We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to monitor, review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content at our discretion, without prior notice, if it violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

Users may report content they believe violates these Terms. We may take appropriate action, including content removal or suspension of accounts, to maintain a safe environment.

8. Community Standards and Moderation

To maintain a respectful and safe environment, users are expected to follow our Community Guidelines (available within the app).

We may use a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect and prevent harmful or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates our policies
• Restrict or suspend user accounts
• Take necessary action to comply with legal obligations

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Jumpp if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in any behavior we deem harmful, including violations related to user-generated content, community guidelines, or abusive behavior. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Jumpp is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, always available, or suitable for your needs. Use the app at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd. and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Jumpp.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd. harmless from any claims or disputes arising from your use of Jumpp or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted in the app with an updated effective date. Continued use of Jumpp after changes are published constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
